About Us

Air Supply is owned by Phil Curtis and his two daughters, Megan and Ava. Air Supply specialise in teaching people to skydive through their on site AFF School at Langar Airfield near Nottingham, UK. We also offer a full Equipment Gear Store and Equipment servicing facility. Air Supply also specialise in projects for the TV and media - examples of our work can be seen on the TV work page.

Phil has been skydiving for over 30 years, has made over 9000 jumps and has over 154 hours freefall time. Phil is a BPA and USPA Accelerated Free Fall (AFF) instructor, BPA Category System Instructor, BPA and USPA Formation Skydiving Coach, and holds Advanced Parachute packing qualifications. Phil has been involved in scores of successful world wide Skydiving competitions over the years in addition to being a past national champion.

Phil's main interest when not teaching skydiving is to actually be skydiving. In constant pursuit of excellence, he has competed at all levels of competition from club to world level, successfully winning medals at all levels. He has taken part in several world record large formation skydives and been part of every British large formation record since 1987.

However, Phil's real passion in the sport is introducing his love to new people. Phil firmly believes that a skydiving school like Air Supply can genuinely benefit you by giving you the attention you deserve to safely reach your goals and surpass all of your expectations. Phil has created an enviable reputation for Air Supply by passing on his wealth of experience to every one of his students. There is no better demonstration of this than the number of people who contact us because we were recommended. To learn more about our beginner's courses click here.
